The mission of Mableton Day is to bring the community together to have some fun, celebrate the end of the school year, and raise funds to help build or expand non-profit programs that enrich our South Cobb County community. The day is packed with fun things to do for the whole family! The day begins with the Mableton 5K and Mableton Jr. Fun Run, and then continues with a Car Cruise-in, Entertainment, Arts and Crafts, vendor booths, food, Kids Corner and more. Come out and celebrate with us. Meet your neighbors. Learn more about your community.
Mableton Day is presented by the Mableton Day Coalition (MDC) which organizes and presents this annual celebration for the residents of Mableton, GA and its surrounding areas, highlighting our residents, businesses, nonprofits, and students. MDC is comprised of Amateur Advocate Association, Inc. (AAA) and local nonprofit organizations based in Mableton Area that come together each year to host and plan this awesome community awareness event.
Organized and brought forth solely by volunteers, Mableton Day strives to bring pride to the residents of South Cobb with an event that encompasses and showcases our ever growing and diverse local metro Atlanta suburb. The purpose of the celebration is to bring together the residents of the Mableton and surrounding South Cobb area in order to foster pride in the community, meet neighbors and learn more about businesses, organizations, services, and facilities in the Mableton and surrounding South Cobb area.
